This process
consists of registering in the Aurora System, the courses the student
will be attending during the academic period for which it is done.
This system controls payment of tuition fees, the following of reglamentary
dispositions, pre-requirements, co-requirements, seat availability and
any schedule conflict between the registered subjects.
It is possible to register tuition exemptions when previously authorized.

At the end of the last day for ordinary registration statistics are
emitted that could lead to decisions concerning schedule adjustment
and modifications of registration.
The department head has an application called Conflict Matrix, which
helps him take the above mentioned decisions. Besides taking the decision
to cancel a course, it offers him the possibility to transfer students
to other groups and allows him /her to know the common free schedules
of all the students of the course. So the department head reports
to Registrar's the schedule adjustments (cancellations, additions,
changes of schedules, teachers reprogramming and seating amplification)
for schedules and classrooms actualization.
The student can check his /her Registration
in the Academic Information System Aurora.
The program coordinator or director additionally can also check the
student's registration in a given period through the SFAREGQ form.
