Based on the accomplishment, the subjects to be taken the next
academic semester are determined according to reglamentary norms. There are
two moments to make projections:
- On accomplishment with courses in progress to estimate demand for the
following period and issuing payment slips. With this information the projected
demand form current students for each subject is determined. These data
is then submitted to the academic departments for academic programming.
- On accomplishment with completed courses to project and control Web registration.
-
If the student does not have projected subjects
(zero projection) he/she is informed to process his/her graduation
request.
- Projections can be adjusted manually to authorize tuition exemptions
and define courses for those submitted to recovery.
Each student must check his/her projections for a given period by entering
the Student Portal and the Aurora
Academic Information System.
The program director or coordinator may additionally access to this information
through SZAPROY form.
