This process includes calculating the final grade and its transfer to the academic record and finally, determine the academic state.
GRADES
-
The final grades process starts with the registration
of the hundred per cent (100%) of the evaluations configured for
the course.
-
Through an automatic process, the final grade
is calculated and registered in the student's academic record to
conform his/her academic file.
-
While final grades have not been transferred
to the academic record the teacher can correct one partial grade
within the periods established for doing so. Nevertheless when the
final grade has been registered in the academic record, the teacher
must fill the Grade Report Form so the modification can be directly
made by the Registrar's Department.
